Itinerary: Rome – Naples – Pompeii – Amalfi (2 nights) – Rome

Day 1 – ROME-NAPLES-POMPEII-AMALFI

Departure from Rome at 7:30 am (hotel pick up on request). Upon arrival in Naples, the group will enjoy a walking tour of the city center. Lunch in a local restaurant where you will get to experience traditional Neapolitan pizza (drinks not included). After lunch, the group will continue to Pompeii for a guided visit. This ancient Roman city was destroyed by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 A.D. The visit to Pompeii also includes a stop at a coral and cameo factory. Here you will have the opportunity to admire and purchase items made with techniques dating back to Greek times. Proceed to AMALFI. Check in and overnight. Meals: L

Day 2 – AMALFI

American Buffet breakfast at the hotel and time at leisure to visit the historic center of Amalfi. Its historic center is justly considered an outdoor museum and preserves, almost intact, architectural and urban relics from its past as a rich maritime republic.  You can also visit the picturesque Ravello with the beautiful Villa Ruffolo and magnificent gardens of Villa Cimbrone, or you can decide to spend the day at the beach. Why not have a romantic dinner in one of the pretty restaurants all around the harbor or taste the delicious street food? Overnight in Amalfi. Meals: B

Day 3 – AMALFI – POMPEII – ROME

American buffet breakfast at the hotel. Morning at leisure. Meeting point at the hotel and transfer to Pompeii where you will join the bus to come back to Rome. Arrival in Rome around 9.00pm drop off guaranteed in Viale Washington, Viale Luigi Einaudi (Termini Station area), Via Ludovisi. Transfer services and extra nights in Rome available upon request. End of the services. Meals: B
