ITINERARY of Sicily Cruises -Sicily Sailboat Cruise AEOLIAN ISLAND CRUISE Day 1/Saturday CATANIA-MILAZZO Arrival at Catania airport. Transfer to Milazzo and boarding and accommodation in double cabins (available starting from 5:30 pm). Welcome Cocktail on board. Dinner on board. Time at leisure in Milazzo. Overnight on board. Day 2/Sunday MILAZZO-PANAREA Breakfast on board and sail towards Panarea. Stop for swimming at Lisca Nera and Dattilo, small desert islands where you can observe underwater sulphur mines. Lunch on board.

Circumnavigation around the small islands of Lisca Nera, Dattilo and arrival at Panarea: visit the small village of San Pietro; walk through the tiny streets to discover small antique shops and prehistoric sites. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 3/Monday PANAREA-STROMBOLI
Breakfast on board and sail to Stromboli. Navigation along the island of Basiluzzo and arrival in Stromboli in the late morning. Lunch on board and time at leisure to visit the island. Possibility to reserve on the spot the climbing of the Volcano with local guides. Dinner on your own in Stromboli. Overnight on board.

Day 4/Tuesday STROMBOLI-SALINA
Breakfast on board. Sail round the island of Stromboli. Lunch on board during the passage. Continue sailing towards Santa Marina di Salina: time at leisure to visit the village. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 5/Wednesday SALINA-LIPARI
Breakfast on board and circumnavigation of the island of Salina: stops to swim in the beautiful bay of Pollara. Lunch on board. Sail towards Lipari. Navigation along the wild west coast of Lipari and stop at Canneto to swim and observe the famous Cave di Pomice (quarry of pomice stone). Arrival at the port of Lipari. Dinner on board and time at leisure. Overnight on board.

Day 6/Thursday LIPARI-VULCANO
Breakfast on board. Time at leisure to explore the town and its archaeological and volcanological museum. Passage Lipari- Vulcano sailing along the famous Faraglioni. Lunch on board. In the afternoon, time at leisure to visit Vulcano and bathing in hot springs. Dinner on your own in Vulcano. Overnight on board.

Day 7/Friday VULCANO-MILAZZO
Breakfast on board. Circumnavigation of the island of Vulcano: stops for swimming at “Piscina di Venere” and visit the “Grotta del Cavallo”. Navigation along the west coast of Vulcano to reach the small harbour of Gelso. Lunch on board, then sail towards Milazzo. Stop at S. Antonio bay to swim in the crystal clear Mediterranean waters. Dinner on board and time at leisure in Milazzo. Overnight on board.

Day 8/Saturday MILAZZO-CATANIA
Breakfast on board. Disembark by 9.00 am in Milazzo and transfer by car to Catania airport. End of our services.
 

The above program is only approximate and can be changed because of unfavorable weather or sea conditions or significant volcanic activities. If navigation is impossible because of adverse sea conditions, all expenses for an alternative program will be borne by the Organizer.
