Venice Carneval 2008

The Venice Carneval from January 25 to February 5, is a 2-week event taking place in the historical centre of Venice along the Gran Canal. For more than 200 years it has been the location of extravagant parties, celebrations and revelry. Locals and tourists alike celebrate the last days of winter by masquerades and elaborate parties.
